College Transcript Transcripts can be sent electronically, by the college or university, to gradadmissions@neiu.edu. Transcripts sent by the student are not acceptable. Courses taken at colleges or universities outside of the United States must be evaluated by Educational Credentials Evaluators, Inc.

How to request your official transcripts. Most colleges allow you to order copies of transcripts online, by mail, or in person via the office of admissions or registrar's office. You'll complete a transcript request form, pay a small fee, and may have to provide proof of identification.

Log in to Naviance. Go to “Colleges” tab. Click on “Colleges I'm Applying To” ... Scroll back up to “college that I am attending.” Select the college you plan to attend and click “update.” Go to “transcripts” on the left side under. resources. Click on “request transcripts for college. applications”

Academic Records Your official final high school transcript must be sent directly from your high school. Transcripts can be emailed from a verifiable school email address, mailed directly from your high school, or uploaded with the Final Report which is available through the Common Application or Coalition Application.

Official transcript should be submitted by your counselor. If the counselor submits online, the transcript should be attached to your school forms. Otherwise, transcripts should be sent directly to the schools to which you are applying. Please contact each admissions office for the exact address or procedure.

College Report If you are having trouble downloading this form from the Common App, feel free to download this form and have your school email it to transferadmissions@northeastern.edu.

U.S. Transcripts must be submitted through one of the following channels: Mailed from institution in a stamped and sealed envelope. E-mailed through Parchment Exchange, National Student Clearinghouse, Docufide, etc. Requested through a completed Request for Previous High School/College Transcript form.
