Each of the 6 teams has five opponents to play. resulting 6x5 = 30 possible matches. However whether A plays B or B plays A should be irrelevant. Therefore, the number of contests should be halved for a total of 15 matches enabling every team to have played every other team.

In 6-team playoff leagues, the bye week goes to the 2 division winners with the best record, based on Overall Record > Points For > Points Against. Any remaining playoff slots are filled by teams that did not win the division, and seeding is sorted by Overall Record > Points For > Points Against.

To do this, go to Event > Bracket Tournaments > Add New Bracket Tournament. Select the number of players going into the consolation bracket. Select the rounds that will be used to create the bracket. In the example above, the 16 players that lose in round 1 (March 24th) will be placed into this consolation bracket.

First, create a bracket with six slots for the teams. In the first round, match up the teams randomly or based on seeding. The teams that win in the first round move on to the winners' bracket, while the teams that lose move to the losers' bracket.

With a tournament of 6 teams, the calculation would be: 6 x (6-1)/2 = 6 x 5/2 = 30/2 = 15 games.

In a 6-team round robin tournament, every team faces every other participant exactly once. Points are awarded based on wins, draws, and losses. At the end, the participant with the most points is declared the winner.

It works like this: All teams start out in the W bracket for the first round. The losers of the first round move to the L bracket. The losers of the matchups in the L bracket are eliminated. The winners in the L bracket play the losers of subsequent rounds from the W bracket.
