Students may declare more than one major and/or minor. Additional information on dual majors and dual degrees can be found here.

Majors (previously called concentrations) are the departmental program of study that leads to a degree, either a Bachelor of Arts (A.B.) or a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (B.S.E.).

Students who need to drop a major and/ or minor can do so by submitting a request in iDeclare. Students can drop additional majors or any minors declared on their record. Students cannot drop their only major on record, as all students must have one declared major on their record. You can opt to change your major.

Go to Student Services & Account Information > Degrees, Majors, and Minors Declared > UG Declaration and Change of Major (or Minor or University Certificate) Form. Print and fill out the form. Note: A separate form must be submitted for EACH major (or minor or university certificate) a student is adding or dropping.
