Instructions for current students: Log in to Unify, then select PAWS. Select Student Services. Select Student Records. Select Electronic Transcripts (First time users may be required to create an account.) Follow the on-screen instructions for submitting your request.

Delivery Type Electronic credentials are delivered as soon as the sending institution processes the request, often within one business day. Printed Transcript requests will typically be mailed within 1 business day. Processing time for printed diplomas is 7-21 business days.

Official transcripts are issued by the Office of the Registrar. Transcript requests are ordered online and are processed within five business days.

How to Request an Official Transcript Click on the Records, Transcripts and Graduation Tab. Review your unofficial transcript before requesting an official copy. Select Transcript Ordering Site. Select Access the Transcript Ordering Site and wait for new browser window to open.

Official electronic transcripts are electronically delivered official transcripts sent securely from the issuing academic institution to GradApply@gsu.edu. Final official transcripts must include: One or more of the following features: registrar's seal, registrar's signature, or watermark of the institution.

To get an official copy of your transcript, contact your school's registrar. In most cases, you don't even have to call or go in person; the registrar's office may have an online form for requesting your transcript. You can usually pay the transcript fee online too.
