WORK NOT REQUIRING A BUILDING PERMIT OR ZONING APPROVAL (ROZA – RECORD OF ZONING APPROVAL): One-story detached accessory structures used as tool and storage sheds, playhouse and similar uses, provided the floor area does not exceed 120 square feet and they are accessory to a single-family or two-family dwelling.

A temporary Certificate of Occupancy is required when an applicant wishes to partially occupy a construction project before the final inspection is signed-off or an event is occupying a building or parcel for a short time.
