- Verify that your major and cumulative GPA meet the required minimum of 3.0 for admission into His 290, 390, and for student teaching eligibility.
- Make plans to take the Content Exam ahead of your student teaching semester, as passing this exam is a prerequisite for entering History 290. Remember there is a significant pass rate to consider.
- Ensure you have transportation arranged for your student teaching semester, as your commute could involve traveling to various schools for History 390 and your student teaching placement, possibly requiring up to an hour.
