3. Ensure that your samples adhere to the outlined requirements. For genomic DNA, provide 2 µg in less than 50 µL of 10 mM Tris pH 8.0 and 1 mM EDTA. For total RNA, you need 200 ng in less than 50 µL of ultrapure RNase free water for mRNA-Seq, ensuring a RIN value of at least 8.5. Include measurements using Picogreen for DNA and Bioanalyzer for RNA.
4. Fill out the Sample Submission Form completely. Make sure to check each field for accuracy before submission.
5. Submit the completed form along with your purchase order (PO) to info@sequensysbio.com. Wait for approval; shipping instructions will be provided upon approval.
6. Prepare your samples for shipping. They must be shipped frozen on dry ice, and do not send samples for weekend delivery.
7. Email info@sequensysbio.com with the tracking number of your shipment once it has been sent. Include the Sample Submission Form and any necessary QC attachments.
