Go to Bill Payments and select Pay Bills & U.S. Bank Accounts. Select the name, in blue text, of the account you'd like to update. Choose Autopay (found on the right side of the page, within the list of details). From there you can edit or cancel your autopay.

Choose your amount and your schedule: Pay a fixed dollar amount on a specific day each month. If your minimum payment due is greater than the fixed amount you selected, your payment will automatically be increased to the minimum amount due.
