6. Move to Section E and complete the signature requirements. Dealership personnel should sign and print their name. If customer approval is required, the customer must also provide their signature and today's date in the specified format.
7. Once all sections are filled out accurately, review the form for completeness. Save your changes, and choose to download, print, or share the completed form as needed.
