Land located in the CountyorCity ("Property"). B. Agency has excess fill dirt stockpiled at this site and is willing to make up to AmtCY cubic yards of the excess fill dirt ("Material") available for purchase and removal from that portion of the Property shaded on Exhibit A ("Site"). C. Material offered is AS IS and WHERE IS and is without recourse to the Agency or its officers or employees. The Agency makes no warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, expressed.

Placer County Water Agency (PCWA) was created through an Act of the California State Legislature in 1957. PCWA's jurisdiction encompasses the entire County of Placer, and it is governed by an elected five-member Board of Directors.

The City of Rocklin receives its water from the Placer County Water Agency (PCWA), which primarily uses surface water as its source of supply.

Spread mulch in landscaping beds to retain soil moisture. Reduce landscape irrigation. Prevent irrigation runoff. Water in the morning to reduce water evaporation. Find and fix leaks. Don't hose off driveways or sidewalks; use a broom. Use a shut-off nozzle on hose ends.

PCWA's primary source of water is delivered through canals operated by Pacific Gas & Electric Company's (PG&E).

Your water originates in the Sierra snowpack. Surface water from the Yuba and Bear River watersheds and Lake Spaulding flows into the PG&E and PCWA delivery systems.
