Luckily, the City of Coconut Creek and the Broward Water Partnership are here to remind you of ways to save and protect our water resources during the dry season: Replace old, inefficient toilets with new high-efficiency models. You could be eligible for a $100 rebate!

As of July 1, 2021, eligible customers will receive a $75 rebate for installing an approved WaterSense certified ultra-high-efficiency toilet (1.1 gallons per flush or less). Customers can receive up to two (2) toilet rebates per household.

Program Overview Toilets eligible for rebate must be HETs (which use 1.28 gallons per flush or less) and must be on the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) WaterSense list. The program is limited to one rebate in the form of a bill credit per household or apartment unit for residential and multi-family customers.

The City of Venice Utilities Department offers a program in cooperation with Southwest Florida Water Management District which offers up to a $100 utility credit by replacing your toilet with a high efficiency low flow toilet.

Once your new toilet has been installed, you will need to submit a "Low-Flow Toilet Rebate Program Application" to Public Utilities. Please call (757) 385-4636 to obtain this application​. Once approved, you need to take that form to Permits & Inspections. They are located at 2875 Sabre Street, Suite 500​.

The City of Hollywood offers toilet rebates to Hollywood Water Customers replacing older toilets with more efficient models. Rebates are for up to $100 of the cost of an EPA WaterSense-labeled toilet only (taxes, installation, or accessories not included).
