HRSA funds nearly 1,400 health centers and more than 100 Health Center Program look-alike (LAL) organizations. As of 2021, California had the largest number of community health centers with 174 centers throughout the state. Delaware had the fewest number of community health centers with just 3 centers throughout the state.
