Colorado's Adult Financial Programs include the Aid to the Needy Disabled-Colorado Supplement program, the Aid to the Needy Disabled-State Only program, the Burial Assistance Program, the Old Age Pension program, the Home Care Allowance program, and the Personal Needs Allowance program.

Assistance is available by phone Colorado SNAP Call Center – Toll-free: 1-800-816-4451 (English only); Clients can call into the automated system to gather information about their benefits, get their case status, and receive general SNAP updates.

Where and how to apply for cash aid in Colorado. For more information on how to apply for Colorado Works or other cash assistance, stop by a local Department Human Service Office. Or dial 303.866. 5700, and the last option is to use PEAK, or the Program Eligibility and Application Kit.
