ConSASS provides a profile of the development status and maturity level of each component of a worksite's safety and health management system. ConSASS is not scored on a pass-fail system, instead, it scores the development status of each part of a company's Safety and Health Management System (SHMS).

The Construction Safety Audit Scoring System (ConSASS) is an audit tool which provides an independent assessment of the safety and health management system at a worksite. ConSASS provides a profile of the development status and maturity level of each component of a worksite's safety and health management system.

The safety audit team should review all previous programmes, area audits, corrective action plans, and any business, local, state, and government standards relevant to the programme. Reviewing documents, inspection, and training requirements may also be beneficial.

Any worksite with a contract sum of $30 million or more need to conduct ConSASS audit at least once every 6 months. conSASS audit will be conducted in ance with the relevant WSH legislation and guidelines set out for each industry.

You will need the following to submit an audit: Your ID and Singpass. Workplace number, workplace name and address of the employer. Completed ConSASS checklist, scorecard and final audit report.

6.7 In line with industry practice, the audit protocol comprises three key components: Document Review (DR), Interview of Personnel (IP), and Physical Inspection (PI).
