- Fill out the assessment provided by the learning facilitator in the 'Learning Facilitator’s Assessment' section, indicating whether the learner has mastered the content.
- Finally, add any remarks from the learning facilitator in the 'Learning Facilitator’s Remarks' section, ensuring feedback is constructive.
