11. Proceed to the 'Educational and Professional Training' section, where you will enter your high school graduation date and college details including the degree and date of graduation.
12. Fill in details regarding any student teaching experience, specifying the degree, date, and school placement.
13. In the 'Teaching Experience' section, list your previous teaching roles, including dates of service, the community, school, grade/subjects taught, and the number of years taught.
14. Provide any other work experience, including date, nature of work, company or institution.
15. List references from professional educators and school administrators, including their name, position, and phone number.
16. Finally, sign and date the application at the bottom of the form, certifying the information is accurate.
17. After completing all sections, ensure to save any changes made, and consider downloading or printing the form for your records.
