10. Under the section for The College of New Jersey, document the equivalent courses at TCNJ and specify how they will apply to your degree requirements, categorizing them as major, minor, Liberal Learning (LL), or elective credits.
11. Sign and date the form to confirm your understanding of your responsibilities while studying off campus. Make sure to do this before submitting.
