The minimum points required for Manitoba provincial nomination is 60 out of 100 points. These points are awarded based on the factors such as Work experience, language proficiency, age, and educational qualifications.

For an application to be accepted for consideration you must score at least 60 points. If you score less than 60 points in the MPNP Self-assessment Worksheet you are not eligible to apply. The MPNP points grid and worksheet are for self-assessment and personal information only.

The candidates who scored minimum 60 out of 100 are eligible for applying under Manitoba PNP Skilled Worker category after that you need to submit an Express of Interest (EOI) and you will be again scored on a ranking system of overall 1000 points.

To be eligible to apply to the MPNP you must score at least 60 points including a Connection to Manitoba under Factor 5: Adaptability.

In order to be eligible to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to the Manitoba Express Entry Pathway, a candidate must score at least 60 points on the MPNP Points Assessment Grid.

Adaptability points are calculated ing to documented proof of an established connection to Manitoba and employability in your assessed occupation, demonstrating that you have the genuine intention and ability to successfully settle and economically establish in Manitoba as a permanent resident.
