2. Begin filling out the applicant section with your name, daytime phone number, business name, and business/building address.
3. Move to the building/property owner section. If you are not the property owner, ensure to obtain their details and interest in making improvements.
4. Complete the section about any other businesses in the building, noting any that may wish to participate in the program.
5. Describe the proposed improvements in detail. If possible, include an illustration or sample materials and ensure to attach contractor bids.
6. Indicate the amount of funding you are requesting for reimbursement and provide an estimate of the total project cost.
7. Fill in the estimated start and completion dates for your project.
8. Review the terms and conditions, and ensure to sign the application along with the building owner's signature.
9. Prepare and attach all necessary documents as indicated, including the certificate of ownership and letters of authorization if applicable.
10. Once all fields and attachments are complete, submit your application by mail or deliver it in person to the Live Oak Economic Development Corporation office.
