6. In Part 3, fill in the payment details. Specify the financial institution's name, BIC, IBAN, and the account name. Ensure this is a separate bank account for school meals funding, especially if payments exceed €10,000.
7. In Part 4, sign and date the declaration, confirming that all provided information is truthful and complete, and that you operate within the criteria of the scheme.
8. Once all parts are complete, check your form for accuracy and completeness. Save your changes, download a copy, and print or share the form as necessary.
