11. In the 'Vehicles' section, state how many vehicles will be parked at the rented premises and provide descriptions including make, model, year, and license plate numbers.
12. Address any miscellaneous questions regarding past evictions, payment history, bankruptcy, or felony convictions by answering accordingly.
13. If you have pets, complete the pet section by indicating the kind, number, and size of your pets.
14. Grant authorization for a credit report and review the Fair Credit Reporting Act disclosure. Ensure you understand your rights as described.
15. Finally, review all entered information for accuracy, then sign and date the application both as the applicant and co-applicant if applicable. Save the form, and you may choose to download, print, or share it as needed.
