Group of 2 to 5 is a program where between 2 and 5 Quebec residents can get together to sponsor a refugee or refugee family. They will be responsible for the refugee's expenses and settlement during their first year in Canada (sometimes more than one year).

A group of five (G5) is 5 or more Canadian citizens or permanent residents who have arranged to sponsor a refugee living abroad to come to Canada. The principal applicant must already have refugee status.
