Unofficial Transcript Definition Unofficial transcripts are printed on plain paper and do not have a college seal or registrar's signature. Unofficial transcripts cannot be used to transfer to another college or university. Unofficial transcripts are issued for use by the student only.

Unofficial transcripts may only be obtained from the Registrar's Office. Unofficial transcripts cannot be ordered online. Five copies per day is available free of charge. Unofficial copies are printed on regular blank white paper, and may be photocopied should you require additional unofficial copies.

Official transcripts can be sent electronically to waivers@bucks.edu or mailed to Bucks County Community College, Registrar's Office, 275 Swamp Road, Newtown PA 18940.

Your previous institution can email official transcripts to transcripts@oaklandcc.edu or physically mail them to Oakland Community College, Transcript Evaluations, 2900 Featherstone Rd, Auburn Hills, MI 48326-2845.

Oakland Community College welcomes transfer students from other institutions of higher education and always tries to award direct equivalent credit. When direct equivalencies are not available, elective credit is usually awarded.
