8. List your Permanent Address, if different from your present address. This information helps maintain accurate records.
9. Enter your Telephone/mobile number and email address to enable communication regarding your application.
10. Select your Membership Fee category by indicating the type of member you are (Officers, JCOs & equivalent, OR & equivalent) and enter the applicable amount shown.
11. Review and agree to the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Society. State the amount you are enclosing for membership fees, specifying whether it is in cash or by cheque.
12. Sign and date the application to confirm its accuracy and your intent to join the society.
13. Save the changes made to your application. You may then download the completed form, print it, or share it as necessary.
