8. Complete Section 7, which includes the title of your research project, a summary, aims and objectives, scientific justification, inclusion and exclusion criteria, and the study methodology. Specify the expected duration of your project with a start and end date.
9. Finally, review Section 8 and ensure that the Principal Investigator signs the declaration, confirming the accuracy of the information provided. Once all sections are filled in, save your changes to the completed form.
