Al-Teebi explains this portion of the hadith by saying that if a believer finds his heart disturbed by something, he should avoid that. This is because the heart of a true believer is tranquil at the sight of truth and righteousness, and his heart becomes unsure and shaky at the sight of falsehood and wrong.

This hadith implies that the mustahab (or sunnah or preferable deeds) are not necessary for one to be able to enter Paradise. What counts or what matters is fulfilling the obligatory acts. However, we are encouraged to perform preferable deeds ing to our capacity and whenever possible.

Simple: leave the doubtful for the undoubtful. Ethics, careful supervisions of one's actions. Life is extremely temporary, expect little from others.

Hadith # 11 "Leave that which makes you doubt for that which does not make you doubt." p narrated by Termithi and Nasaee, and Tirmithi said it is true and fine hadith.

Prophet Muhammad (s) said, “Whoever from my nation memorizes 40 hadith, Allah will raise them on the Day of Judgement as a learned scholar.”

'There are four kinds of people about whom Allah has decided not to admit to paradise and not let them taste its bliss: the one who is addicted to wine, the one who takes the Riba, the one who exploits the property of an orphan and the man who is disobedient to his parents. '

This hadith indicates if a person fulfills the minimum requirements and avoids the forbidden acts, he has earned paradise.

Its significance lay in the fact that these selected forty hadiths comprise the main essential and fundamental concepts of Islam which, in turn, construct the minimum level of required revealed knowledge for every single Muslim.

Imam al-Nawawi begins by mentioning a narration attributed to Prophet Muhammad (sas) as one reason for the compilation of the “Forty Hadith”. The hadith states that anyone who memorizes forty hadiths from the hadiths of the Prophet (sas), Allah will resurrect him among the scholars.
