The Equipment is in good operating condition and repair, and all necessary replacements of and repairs thereto shall be made so that the value and operating efficiency of the Equipment shall be maintained and preserved, reasonable wear and tear excepted.

Authority has the right to review and/or require correction of any Services provided by Contractor. Contractor shall make any required corrections to any Service within 10 days at no additional charge. The payment of any invoice by Authority does not indicate acceptance of Services provided.

An Acceptance Form lists all of the Acceptance Criteria for gaining their approval, and it documents the results of any acceptance testing carried out. Only once the customer has signed the Acceptance Form have you achieved total customer satisfaction.
