This guide provides clear instructions on how to effectively fill out the Team Rubric online. By following these steps, you will ensure a comprehensive evaluation of your team’s performance.

Follow the steps to fill out the Team Rubric accurately.

1. Press the ‘Get Form’ button to obtain the form and open it for editing.
2. Begin by filling in the project name in the designated space at the top of the form. This identifies the specific project being evaluated.
3. Next, enter the evaluator's name in the specified field. This provides context regarding who is conducting the evaluation.
4. Move to the 'Categories' section. Evaluate the team’s performance based on the seven listed criteria including roles and responsibilities, attitude and climate, and resource management by selecting the appropriate score for each category from 1 to 5, where 5 reflects exceptional performance.
5. For each category, include comments explaining your assessment. Provide specific examples to support your score, ensuring that feedback is constructive and clear.
6. After completing the evaluation for the overall team, proceed to the 'Individual Team Members’ Evaluation Form.' Here, evaluate each team member, including yourself, by selecting a score and adding any additional comments if necessary.
7. Finally, review all entries for accuracy. Once satisfied with your evaluations, you have the option to save your changes, download the form, print it, or share it as needed.
