You must have an EPC if: you rent out or sell the premises. a building under construction is finished. there are changes to the number of parts used for separate occupation and these changes involve providing or extending fixed heating, air conditioning or mechanical ventilation systems.

An EPC is valid for 10 years and can be used multiple times during this period. The EPC will expire after 10 years and a new EPC (valid for the next 10 years) should be produced if the property is marketed for sale or rent at that time.

EPC is for clients (adults or children) who have a chronic condition and complex care needs. A chronic medical condition is one that has been (or is likely to be) present for six months or longer. It can include conditions such as asthma, diabetes, and musculoskeletal conditions.

An Enhanced Primary Care Plan (EPC) is a referral that is written by your GP which provides eligible patients with Medicare-subsidised allied health appointments, like physio and podiatry. An EPC may also be referred to as a GP Management Plan (GPMP).

EPC stands for Energy Performance Certificate. It is a legal document providing an overview of the energy efficiency of a property and is created by assessing the construction of the building, the type of dwelling and all of its energy features – this includes boilers, insulation and any renewable energy sources.

You don't need an Energy Performance Certificate ( EPC ) if you can demonstrate that the building is any of these: listed or officially protected and the minimum energy performance requirements would unacceptably alter it. a temporary building only going to be used for 2 years or less.

Care needs can change over time. You must review care plans at least once every 12 months to make sure your services are meeting the care recipient's needs. A person can ask for a review of their care plan at any time.

To be eligible for a Care Plan, your GP must identify that you have a chronic medical condition that has been, or is likely to be, present for six months or longer.
