A pre-authorized debit allows the biller to withdraw money from your bank account when a payment is due. Pre-authorized debits may be useful when you want to make payments from your account on a regular basis. General Information. Your bill payments are remitted once a day (23:00 AST) Monday through Friday. Only payments made before 18:00 your local time will be remitted on the day the payment is made.
