What is Form 1 Ontario corporation? The same type of form and online filing service referred to as an Initial Return/Notice of Change (Form 1) is used to establish or make changes to an Ontario Corporation's Address', Director and Officer Information.

This is called the Initial Notice (Form 2). Once filed, you will receive an Ontario Corporation Number that establishes the corporation's presence within Ontario for the Provincial Government.

The CIA is available at .ontario.ca/laws. To file an Initial Return by mail, go online and download the approved form. There is no statutory fee. You will be required to provide the email addresses noted below.

You can file an Initial Return or Notice of Change online if you received a company key giving you authority over the corporation (see Notice – Company Key): 1. Directly with the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services (Ministry) through ServiceOntario at our website .ontario.ca/businessregistry.

This Corporations Information Act (CIA) form can be used to file an Initial Return, Notice of Change or Annual Return. and must be completed by the following Ontario Corporations, as applicable: • Corporations subject to the Business Corporations Act (BCA) • Corporations subject to the Corporations Act (CA)
