Your Property ID and PIN are contained on all LPT correspondence from Revenue. If you do not have your Property ID and PIN, you can request that they be sent to you through the LPT online service.

Click on the 'Manage LPT/HC Arrears' link which brings you to your list of properties. Click on the Property ID.

This means that your property is liable for LPT for 2023 if it is a residential property on 1 November 2022. You need to pay the LPT charge for 2023 if you are the liable person for LPT on 1 November 2022. You are still the liable person if you sell or transfer your property between 1 November 2022 and 31 October 2023.

You can claim an exemption from LPT as part of your LPT Return. If you have already submitted an LPT Return and did not claim an exemption that you were entitled to, you should contact the LPT branch.
