- After completing all necessary sections, save any changes made to the form. Then, proceed to download, print, or share the form as required for submission to the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office.
- Mail the completed agreement, payment, and any required documents to the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office, ensuring that all items are dispatched at least seven days before your court date.

Your ticket will NOT be sent to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles, and your insurance should not be affected. You pay the deferral fee instead of paying for the ticket.
