11. Calculate and enter the Externalizing subscale score, noting that a score of 7 and above indicates impairment.
12. Address the additional items by responding with '0', '1', or '2' as applicable.
13. Total the scores from the Attention, Internalizing, Externalizing subscales, and the extra items not included in the three subscales.
14. Evaluate the total score: 28 or above indicates psychological impairment, while 27 or below suggests no impairment.
15. If four or more items are left blank, the questionnaire is invalid, so refrain from calculating the total score.
16. Save your changes, and use the option to download, print, or share the completed scoring sheet as needed.
