To manually create a TST, enter TTC. This entry creates a TST for all passengers using the same PNR elements and fare discount codes, for example, a TST for adults and a TST for infants. If no TST exists, the TTI or TTK entry will create a TST shell. To create individual TSTs for each of the passengers, enter TTC/D.

Procedure In the Stored Fares and Fees (TST, TSM & TASF) section, click on View/Modify TST . In the TST header, click on Split TST . The Split TST link is only available if there is more than one passenger associated with the TST. Select the passengers to be split from the TST and then click on Split TST .

✓ Always create the basic PNR with the 5 mandatory elements (Name, Itinerary, Contact, TK element, Reference, End Transaction) and wait for the Airline locator. If the Airline PNR is not reflecting contact the Help-Desk.

The system produces a fare calculation line with zero amounts for the fares and rate of exchange ( ROE ). To enter your amounts, move your cursor up to the beginning of the fare calculation line and insert TTK/C , and type over the information you want to update. When you are finished, press Enter.

These 5 mandatory elements are constant among all GDS systems. These elements are Phone Field element, Received from element, Itinerary element, Name element and Ticketing element, the acronym for this element is PRINT and these 5 elements form a PNR.
