- To update your phone numbers, navigate to the Phone Numbers section and click the Update button. You can add, correct, or delete phone numbers as necessary.
- For adding a number, click ADD ANOTHER ROW, select the type, and enter the phone number. If correcting, click inside the field of the number to change. To delete, click the corresponding delete option next to the number.
- After making your changes, click the Next button, review the information, and click SUBMIT to save it.
- For updating emergency contacts, click the Add button in the Emergency Contact section. Select a dependant if applicable or proceed without one.
- Enter the required details for your emergency contact, ensuring to check the Primary Contact box. Enter the phone numbers, using ADD ANOTHER ROW for each entry.
- Click the Next button to review the entered information, and then hit the SUBMIT button to save it.
- To manage online pay slips, go to the Basic Details section, click Update, and select the radio button to indicate new information due to real changes.
- To enroll in online pay slips, input 'Y' in the Online PaySlip Only field and click Next. Review the changes and click Submit to finalize.
- Next, update your W-4 information by clicking Update under the Federal Information section, agreeing to the terms, and clicking Continue.
- A PDF file will appear with your changes. If correct, save the document, then click Submit. If incorrect, navigate back to adjust the information before submitting again.
