Jedes SEPA-Lastschriftmandat muss folgende Angaben enthalten: Bezeichnung des Zahlungsempfängers, eine Gläubiger-Identifikationsnummer (CI), Name des Kunden (Zahler), Bezeichnung der Bank des Kunden (Zahler) und. seine Kundenkennung (IBAN).

Um Geld vom Konto eines Kunden oder einer Kundin einzuziehen, benötigen Sie ein SEPA-Lastschriftmandat. Das Mandat kann für einmalige oder wiederkehrende Zahlungen erteilt werden. Der oder die Zahlungspflichtige füllt das Mandat aus und gibt die IBAN und (wenn nötig) den BIC an.

Wechselt die Person des Zahlers, ist immer ein neues SEPA-Lastschriftmandat (Formular 032021) bei Ihrem zuständigen Hauptzollamt oder online im Zoll-Portal abzugeben. Eine formlose Änderungsmitteilung ist in diesem Fall nicht ausreichend.

Die SEPA-Lastschrift erfolgt direkt von Bank zu Bank.
