- Complete Section G: Bank details by providing your bank or building society's name, account name, address, postcode, sort code, and account number.
- Move on to Section H: Investment aims and risk factors. Select your investment aims and desired risk level, while also noting any investment restrictions.
- In Section I: Risk questionnaire, answer the questions regarding your investment experience, knowledge, time horizon, and comfort with financial risk.
- Proceed to Section J: Support service requirements. Indicate your preferences for managed deposit services and how you wish to receive payments.
- Finalize by completing Section K: Declaration and documentary disclosures. Ensure you verify your identity by attaching the necessary documents. Confirm your acceptance of the Terms of Service and provide your signatures and dates.
