- If the reject's magnitude or risks are high, mark the Corrective Action Required box for internal rejects and record the required CAR number as instructed in the Corrective & Preventive Action Procedure.
- Similarly, for supplier rejects, indicate if corrective action is necessary and document the CAR details such as the date it was sent, the name of the recipient, the response date, and the CAR number.
- Submit the completed DMR form to the Quality Department for review by the Quality Manager.
- Keep a copy of the submitted form. The Quality Manager will assess DMR submissions regularly, looking for trends and initiating preventive or corrective actions as needed.
