- Complete Section 8 - Location of On Board Plans or Documents by detailing where each required document is located onboard the vessel.
- Finally, in Section 9 - List and Location onboard of response equipment for inclusion in a SOPEP, append a complete list of response equipment carried onboard, along with their respective locations.
- Once all sections are filled out, review the completed form for accuracy. Save changes, download, print, or share the form as necessary.
