Click on Academic Records tile in your myZou student center. Click on Request Unofficial Transcript in the navigation menu. Follow the prompts to receive an unofficial record of academic credit to your University email address.

Transcript Visit CatPAWS and log into the 'Secure Area' with your Northwest Network Account username and password. Click on the 'Student' tab. Select 'Student Records'. Select 'Transcript Request System'.

Please mail college transcripts to Missouri State University Admissions Office, 901 S National Ave, Springfield, MO 65897. Transcripts sent by students or via fax are not considered official.

Current Students – Login to Self-Service and select Student, then Student Records, then Request Official Transcript. Former Students/Alumni – Request a transcript using our online transcript ordering site.

Undergraduate students need to update your major/minor/concentration information by filling out a form in the Registrar's Office. If you are changing advisors or adding a new advisor, the form will require the signature of the new advisor.
