Qualifies for unemployment or has experienced a reduction in household income, incurred significant costs, or experienced a financial hardship due to COVID-19. Demonstrates a risk of experiencing homelessness or housing instability.

Limited funds are available to help King County residents with much-needed rental assistance. Your household MUST owe back rent at your current address. Your CURRENT address must be in King County, WA. Your household income must not exceed 80% Area Median Income (AMI) for household size.

Who qualifies to receive ERAP assistance? ERAP assistance is available to residents of Berks County with incomes up to the 80 percent of area median income (AMI), and tenant households experiencing financial hardship due to COVID-19 based on priority listing.

​Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) This funding program can be used to pay past due or upcoming rent and utilities; and can assist with rehousing costs for eligible applicants who need to find a new home to rent.
