9. In Section V, describe the property, including address and tax block/lot information, and indicate any changes or additions required. Attach any necessary surveys or site maps.
10. Complete Part II with the existing agreement information and signatures. Ensure all necessary parties have signed, affirming the accuracy of the application.
11. Finally, save your changes, download the completed form, and prepare to submit three complete copies as instructed.
