- In the section for benefits and payments, specify if any non-cash emoluments or payments (such as benefits provided) were given to directors and employees with emoluments of €1,905 or more. If none were provided, enter 'NONE' in the box and sign the declaration.
- For each director or employee listed, include their PPSN (Personal Public Service Number), first name, and surname. This section continues for up to 20 entries.
- Indicate any unrecouped PAYE or USC amounts for each director or employee by specifying the corresponding figures.
- In the section for any other non-cash benefits, provide a brief description and indicate their net realizable value.
- Finally, review all entries for accuracy, sign the declaration, including your capacity as the signatory, provide contact details, and date the form.
- After completing the form, save your changes. You can also download, print, or share the IE P11D form as necessary.
