- Once Section A is complete, email the form along with your chapter outline and Gantt chart to your principal supervisor at least three weeks before the Pre-Submission Annual Review date.
- Await feedback from your principal supervisor, who will fill out Section B of the form. This section highlights your strengths and areas for improvement.
- Prepare for the Review Panel meeting, where the Chair will evaluate the discussions and complete Section C of the form based on the assessment of your progress and readiness for submission.
- After the Review, ensure that all panel members sign the completed form. You will also sign it to indicate your agreement with the evaluation.
- Finally, submit the fully signed form to the Adelaide Graduate Centre by the due date for your Review.
