Follow the steps to complete the Kronos Cheat Sheet online.

- Find and select the orange box labeled Kronos Time and Leave to access the application.
- If prompted with a message that says 'Activate Java', click on it. In the pop-up box, choose 'Show All', select 'Java: Allow Now', and then click 'OK'. You may receive another prompt asking if you want to run the application; select 'Run'.
- Navigate to the top right of the page and click on the Workspace option.
- Under My Information, select Time Off Request available on the right side.
- Click on Request Time Off located near the top center of the page.
- From the dropdown, select 'Type: Time Off Request'.
- Input your Start Date and End Date. Note that only one day should be requested at a time. If additional days are necessary, utilize the '+Add another time-off period' option.
- Choose the appropriate Pay Code, either ANNLV for Annual Leave or SCKLV for Sick Leave. Please refrain from using any other Pay Codes.
- Select 'Hours' under Duration to ensure that all leave is recorded in hours, rather than days.
- Enter your Start Time and the Length of leave, signifying how many hours you are requesting.
- Click Submit to send your leave request; your supervisor will then receive an email notification regarding your submission.
- To finalize, click Sign Out located at the very top of the page on the left side to exit Kronos.
Complete your documents online efficiently by following these steps.
NOTE: Kronos follows a 7 minute rounding rule. This means hours worked are calculated based on quarter-hour increments. For example, if your punch time is 14:53, it will be rounded up to 15:00. If your punch time is 14:52 is will round down to 14:45.
