How do I request a pack and play on Royal Caribbean?

Request a pack-n-play for your room After you put a deposit on a cruise, make sure your travel agent notes in the reservation you need a pack-n-play for in your room. Royal Caribbean will provide pack-n-plays, but there is a limited amount of them, so reserving it in advance is very important.

You can do this by going to the cruise line's website and submitting a guest special needs form. Your distilled water will be waiting for you in your stateroom. You can also request distilled water from your stateroom attendant if you forget to request it prior to sailing.

What It Is. A free-of-charge youth club, Royal Caribbean's Adventure Ocean caters to three age groups: Aquanauts (3 to 5 and who need to be potty-trained for enrollment), Explorers (6 to 8) and Voyagers (9 to 11).

Please see Getting On and Off the Ship for additional information. If you need further assistance, please contact our Access Department at special_needs@rccl.com or 866-592-7225.

As mentioned above, most cruise lines will provide a crib or a pack 'n play at no extra charge if you bring a baby on a cruise. Royal Caribbean provides pack 'n plays. I recommend contacting them a couple of weeks in advance of your cruise to let them know you will need one.

Infants sailing on a cruise must be at least 6 months old as of the first day of the cruise and/or CruiseTour. HOWEVER: For transatlantic, transpacific, Hawaii, select South American and other selected cruises and/or CruiseTours, the infant must be at least 12 months old as of the first day of the cruise/CruiseTour.

Royal Babies and Royal Tots There is a charge of $6 per hour per child from 9 am – 6 pm and $8 per hour per child from 6 pm – midnight.

If your request was received, you'll get an automated confirmation to the email provided within 24 hours and a personal response within 48 hours. If you do not receive this confirmation, please email special_needs@rccl.com and/or call us at (866) 592-7225 to confirm your needs.
