11. If applicable, state whether the enterprise requires land. If so, confirm if the land has been acquired and attach any valid land agreements.
12. Describe the skills or capacity the group has, in addition to those needed for the successful implementation of the enterprise.
13. Identify potential risks associated with the enterprise and discuss strategies to mitigate these risks.
14. Outline the total enterprise budget and include a proposed repayment plan for the funds requested.
15. Complete the beneficiaries’ information, ensuring each member's details are accurately captured, along with their signatures or thumbprints.
16. Fill out the recommender section, ensuring all necessary documents such as the budget details and land agreement are attached.
17. Finally, submit the completed forms to the Sub-county through the designated focal point person, ensuring you keep copies for your records. Use the options to save, download, or share your form as needed.
