1. Press the ‘Get Form’ button to access the Zpassplus form online.
2. In the Student Information section, provide your student's first name, last name, and their RFID number, which can be found on the back of the Zpass card. Click ‘Add’ once entered.
3. Verify the student information you entered. If you have multiple students, you can add their details as well. After verification, click ‘Continue Sign Up’.
4. In the Account Information section, enter your email address, create a password and confirm it, fill in your first name, last name, and address, and provide your phone number. Click ‘Review Information’ when all fields are completed.
5. Review the information you provided to ensure accuracy, including your address and phone number. If everything is correct, click ‘Create Account’.
6. Check your email for a confirmation link sent by the system to activate your account. Click the link to confirm your account.
7. After successfully logging into your Zpassplus account, you can manage riders and notifications via the home screen. Add or remove students as necessary.
8. To receive notifications, enter your contact information and confirm by inputting the code sent to your device. You can manage these settings at any time.
9. If you need to update any account or payment information, do this in the settings section and remember to save your changes.
10. Lastly, you may change your password at any point by following the instructions in the account settings.
