To apply, participants must file one application (FSA- 898) that includes all eligible crops that suffered a quality loss.

A: QLA is for eligible crops that suffered quality loss due to qualifying tornado, typhoon, volcanic activity, snowstorm, wildfire, hurricane, flood, excessive moisture, and/or qualifying drought.

The QL is an option you may elect to improve your Actual Production History (APH) for years in which the you suffered a quality loss. An improved APH will allow you to increase your coverage.
